Refer to the pricing guidelines for different types of builds when adding funds to your household. Feel free to stack the base prices depending on what you’ve created (Example: Landscaping + Interior = $$$)
You cannot build on large lots until you’ve earned enough to build your own studio. Budgets for building are required for your home and your office but not for the client builds. Unless you’d like to add the extra challenge of having a budget every time you build.
Traits: Outgoing, Ambitious, Kleptomaniac
Aspiration: Mansion Baron (or Fabulously Wealthy)
You start with an empty lot and no money, driven by a fierce determination to transform the world around you. To begin your journey to riches and become a world-renowned architect, you frequent the local library or community space, honing your necessary skills. Networking is key, and sometimes you resort to stealing to get by.
As you mature and achieve some stability, you decide to settle down and start a family. You have high expectations for your children, not wanting them to experience the hardships you faced. Your parenting style is strict, and you become a workaholic, driven by the desire to secure your legacy.
Goals:
Traits: Creative, Loves Outdoors, Perfectionist
Aspiration: Painter Extraordinaire (or Freelance Botanist)
Growing up in the shadow of your parent’s success, you gravitate towards the arts and creativity. With a 5k starting fund provided by your parents to ensure a stable start, you are expected to be a jack of all trades. Your goal is to continue the legacy by creating the next headquarters for the family’s architecture firm. Drawn to nature, you move to a more natural environment, opting to live humbly in a tiny or small house despite your growing success.
Your parenting style is more relaxed, encouraging your children to engage in activities that keep them active and creative.
Goals:
Traits: Materialistic, Self-Assured, Romantic
Aspiration: Mansion Baron (or Serial Romantic)
You grew up living simply, but always craved more. Spending time with your grandparents in their grand home made you question why your parents chose a modest lifestyle. Your ambition drives you to be remembered forever, and one of your goals is to build a monumental building that will leave a lasting legacy. Spoiled by your grandparents with gifts and money, you strive to own the biggest house in the world. You focus on building residential homes, becoming a landlord and owning every property. Your adult life is filled with relationships until you realize the importance of finding someone to continue your legacy.
Goals:
Traits: Genius, Green Fiend, Perfectionist
Aspiration: Eco Innovator or Nerd Brain
Growing up, you were fascinated by sustainable living and green technologies. Your goal is to create eco-friendly designs that blend seamlessly with nature. You focus on building eco-homes and green community lots. Your mission is to reduce the world's carbon footprint, one build at a time. You're driven to turn even the most industrial areas into green oases.
Goals:
Traits: Ambitious, Materialistic, Snob
Aspiration: City Native or Fabulously Wealthy
You grew up hearing stories about your family's humble beginnings, but city life has always called to you. You dream of designing skyscrapers and modern urban spaces. Your focus is on urban development—creating luxury apartments, high-end commercial spaces, and the most stylish city landmarks. You're determined to make your mark in the heart of the city.
Goals:
Traits: Family-Oriented, Bookworm, Insider
Aspiration: Successful Lineage
Your love for history drives you to restore and preserve the architectural gems of the past. You believe in the power of community and aim to design spaces that encourage interaction and collaboration.
Traits: Genius, Ambitious, Loner

Traits: Ambitious, Creative, Family-Oriented
Aspiration: Big Happy Family
As the final generation, you want to bring together everything your family has accomplished. Your goal is to create a legacy project—a monumental build that represents the culmination of your family's work. Whether it's a grand estate, a sprawling community complex, or an iconic landmark, your final project will be your family's crowning achievement.
This will depend on the type of builds you decide to create. Smaller builds would result in lower rates. Use a random number generator to generate a number between these ranges. Use money cheats to add the money into household funds.
